2. Prohibited use

It is not permitted to use the platform for:

• Market manipulation or wash trading
• Trading practices prohibited by the regulator in the user's country
• Circumventing broker limits or terms
• Reselling or sublicensing access to third parties
• Reverse engineering of the software
• Automated attacks on the Covex AI infrastructure

3. Compliance with laws and regulations

The user is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding trading in financial instruments in their own country. Covex AI makes no warranties about the legality of specific trading strategies in specific jurisdictions.

4. Consequences of breach

In case of breach of this policy, Covex AI reserves the right to terminate access to the platform immediately and without refund.
