Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Covex AI operates monthly and annual subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Right of withdrawal

Under EU law, new users have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided the platform has not yet been actively used. Withdrawal via support@covex-ai.com.

3. No refund after use

Once the platform has been activated and used, the right of withdrawal lapses. Partially used subscription periods are not refunded.

4. Exception for demonstrable outage

In the event of a demonstrable platform outage of more than 72 consecutive hours, a pro-rata refund or subscription extension is offered. This does not apply to outages at third parties (broker, data provider, internet).

5. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refund is given for cancellation during a period.
