- Payment data (processed via a third party, not stored by Covex AI)
We do NOT collect broker credentials, broker trading data or financial account details.

3. Sharing with third parties
Covex AI does not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared with:
- Payment providers (for subscription processing)
- Hosting partners (for storage and infrastructure)
- When legally required
4. Retention period
Account data is kept for as long as the account is active. After termination, data is deleted within 90 days unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
5. User rights
The user has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Requests via privacy@covex-ai.com are handled within 30 days.
6. Cookies
Covex AI uses functional cookies (necessary for the platform) and analytical cookies (anonymised). No third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
7. Security
Personal data is stored and transmitted encrypted. In the event of a data breach, affected users are informed within 72 hours.
