1. General risk warning

Trading in financial instruments including CFDs, forex, futures and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk. A significant proportion of retail investors lose money trading CFDs. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford the high risk of loss.

2. Covex AI is not a financial adviser

Covex AI provides only technical tooling for automating user-defined trading strategies. Covex AI:

Does not give investment advice
Does not recommend specific strategies
Does not guarantee profit or any particular return
Is not responsible for decisions made based on output from the platform

2a. Execution-only tool — geen vermogensbeheer

Covex AI is execution-only software, geen broker en geen vermogensbeheerder. Covex AI oefent geen discretie uit over uw vermogen: elke trade wordt uitsluitend geplaatst volgens de parameters die u zelf instelt, aanpast of accepteert. Concreet betekent dit:

U koppelt en behoudt te allen tijde uw eigen brokeraccount (Vantage/MetaTrader 5); uw geld staat en blijft bij uw eigen broker. Covex AI houdt nooit gelden aan en heeft geen opname- of overboekingsrechten.
U bepaalt de strategie: instrumenten, signaalbron, filters, risicoparameters en zelfs de AI-vraagstelling en stem-prompts zijn door u vrij in te stellen en te wijzigen.
Standaardinstellingen en centrale signalen zijn generieke, voor alle gebruikers identieke uitgangspunten op basis van marktdata — geen op uw persoon afgestemd advies of aanbeveling.
U kunt de tool op elk moment pauzeren, aanpassen, stopzetten (kill switch) of ontkoppelen; de controle blijft volledig bij u.
Covex AI neemt geen beleggingsbeslissingen namens u en beheert uw portefeuille niet.

3. User responsibility

The user is at all times responsible for:

The choice and configuration of the trading strategy
Setting risk parameters (stop-loss, lot sizing, etc.)
Monitoring active positions and the bot
Compliance with laws and regulations in their own country

4. Technical risk

Automated trading carries technical risks including but not limited to: connection failures, broker API errors, signal-processing delays and software bugs. Covex AI is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, even where these occur on the Covex AI platform itself.

5. Past results

Past results, backtests or demonstrations on the platform are no guarantee of future results. Market conditions may differ significantly from historical data.
