Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Covex AI is a software company that provides automated trading tooling as a SaaS platform. Covex AI is not a broker, asset manager, investment adviser or financial institution. Covex AI does not execute trades on behalf of users and has no access to users' broker accounts.
2. Use of the platform
The user is responsible for configuring, activating and monitoring the trading bot. Covex AI provides tooling, not results. The user connects their own broker accounts via API — Covex AI has no direct access to these.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on the platform, in the documentation or in communications from Covex AI constitutes financial or investment advice. All strategies, settings and signals are purely informational.
4. Liability
Covex AI is not liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from use of the tooling
- Technical failures of the platform, the broker API or internet connections
- Decisions made based on signals or AI output from the platform
- Actions of third parties (brokers, data providers, AI services)
Covex AI's maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid by the user over the past 3 months.
5. Availability
Covex AI strives for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance. Unplanned downtime does not entitle the user to a refund unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All software, algorithms, interfaces and content are the property of Covex AI. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform.
7. Termination
Covex AI reserves the right to terminate accounts in case of breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
9. Changes
Covex AI reserves the right to amend these terms. Users are notified at least 14 days in advance by email.
